By accessing or using the services offered by airpurekit.biz (referred to as airpurekit), you agree to these Terms of Service and all rules, policies and procedures that we may publish from time to time.

2. Services

airpurekit offers purifier picks with filter planning and noise data services. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our site.

3. Information Products

airpurekit offers digital planning manuals and noise data reports in downloadable formats. These items qualify as information products.

4. Goods

airpurekit sells physical purifier picks compatible with various filter systems. These goods are shipped from our facility in Switzerland.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of a service. Refunds approved under this section are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Certain specialized consulting sessions, including on-site noise analysis, are non-refundable due to the preparation and resource allocation required; these exceptions are clearly indicated during booking.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Unopened or unused digital products may be eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase; refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Rescheduling Services

Clients may reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled services are subject to availability and carried over under the original Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law
